The media team of Lviv’s “Ruh” played their first hockey match. They faced the team of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, who secured a confident victory with a score of 14:2.
The transition from media football to hockey came as a surprise to team fans. “I woke up to the bad news that Ruh Media Team is ceasing to exist. But it’s not for long, as we’re temporarily switching to media hockey,” one of the players shared.
Despite their lack of experience, the media team showed fighting spirit. “There will be goals, fouls, and emotions,” they promised before the match and kept their word. The game was intense and spectacular, although it ended in a crushing defeat for the debutants.
“While the team is losing 6–0, I’m not on the team,” one participant joked during the match, showing that the team maintains its optimism even with an unfavorable score.
