As part of the upcoming New Year’s celebration, which will take place at the Emily Resort hotel and recreation complex, the founder of the Ruh football club, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, and the complex’s team donated 2 million hryvnias for the needs of medical institutions in the Lviv region.
In particular, the Lviv Regional Hospital for War Veterans and Repression Victims named after Yuriy Lypa received 1 million hryvnias, and another 1 million was transferred to the Center for Pediatric Medicine of the Okhmatdyt Hospital.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted: “Unfortunately, the war continues. The only thing we can and must do now is believe in Victory, support the military, work and donate. We transferred part of the funds to those who sacrifice themselves for the bright future of Ukraine. The other part — to those for whom we are fighting for this future — to our children.”
A good tradition
This is the second year in a row that profits from New Year’s Eve events at Emily Resort have gone to charity.
We would like to add that Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, FC Ruh, and Emily Resort regularly support Ukrainian soldiers, medical institutions, and other social initiatives. Last year, the amount of charitable assistance amounted to 24 million hryvnias.
Military and Civilian Rehabilitation Projects at Emily Resort
Emily Resort is also known for its rehabilitation projects for military and civilian victims of war. In particular, the complex operates the program “Above All”, aimed at treating and restoring Ukrainian soldiers. To date, 54 patients have received help from specialists here.

“I am convinced that thanks to our joint efforts, future generations will grow up in a peaceful, independent, strong and successful Ukraine. Every day I express my gratitude to our defenders for giving us the opportunity to be close to our loved ones and appreciate each new day. I am sure that Victory will definitely come!”, emphasized Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Emily Resort remains an example of combining business and charity aimed at supporting Ukraine in the most difficult times.
