FC “Ruh” announced the start of a new important initiative. The club began cooperation with the Communal Institution of the Lviv Regional Council “Rozdilsky Children’s Boarding Home” (RCBH), which will provide an opportunity for children and young people with special needs to integrate into society through sports activities.
The project is implemented thanks to the initiative of the club’s founder Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and the support of the head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi. Joint work involves the organization of various activities and training for 84 pupils of the institution who have psychological and intellectual problems.
Acting Marianna Traska, the director of the Rozdil Children’s Boarding Home, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity for such cooperation: “This is our first such initiative. For our boys, this is a big event that will allow them to develop physical skills, work in a team and become more confident. We are grateful for the support and the opportunity to socialize our wards.”
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted that FC “Ruh” plans to regularly conduct training sessions for children from the RCBH at the base of the club, as well as involve them in various joint events.
The general director of the club Ihor Dedyshyn emphasized that the club always strives to go beyond sports activities: “We want our wards to feel part of society and be able to realize their potential. Through football, they will be able to adapt and look at the world in a new way.”
As part of the start of cooperation, a tour of the “yellow-black” Academy took place, where the guests were handed training kits of the club’s uniform. In turn, the wards of the RDBI presented the “movers” with a handmade painting.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, the founder of the club, noted: “This initiative is very important for us. We strive not only to achieve sports results, but also to actively participate in the social adaptation of vulnerable segments of the population. I am proud that the “Ruh” joins this cause, because every child deserves the opportunity to realize and live a free life in society.”
Thus, the new project of FC “Ruh” will be an important step towards the integration of people with special needs into social life and will provide them with new opportunities for development and self-expression.
Previously, FC “Ruh” together with its founder Hryhoriy Kozlovsky and the charity organization “Diplomata” with the support of Emily Resort held an unforgettable charity holiday for children from the “Dobre Sretze” orphanage as part of the “Children’s Dreams” project.
At the event, the children had the opportunity to visit the Ruh FC Academy, where various master classes and interesting activities awaited them. The organizers made sure that the little ones got not only emotional, but also educational satisfaction from the time spent.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted: “Such projects aim to make the childhood of children from orphanages brighter and filled with joyful moments. FC “Ruh” continues to actively support social initiatives and promote the development and happiness of children in difficult life circumstances.”
