The well-known Lviv businessman, philanthropist and sports official Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy received the award of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine — the medal “For Defense Assistance”.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and FC “Ruh” constantly help the AFU. Ukrainian soldiers regularly receive various equipment and equipment, cars, drones, etc. from patrons. And this award is the result of constant work of the entire “yellow and black” family.
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy noted that it was very pleasant and unexpected to receive such an award from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Rustem Umerov. But he thanked all the employees of “Ruh” and Emily Resort, who together with him are doing everything to help Ukrainian defenders and bring our Victory closer.
“This award from the Minister of Defense of Ukraine is evidence that “Ruh”, Emily Resort — our entire large team makes a lot of efforts to constantly support the Ukrainian military. This is not only my award, but our joint achievement — the management and employees of “Ruh” and Emily Resort, and I want to congratulate them that their work has been well appreciated. All of us are grateful for this and once again urge that we cannot stop helping the military, especially in such a difficult time. There is a lot of work ahead and the support of our defenders will not stop,” said Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
“Ruhivtsi” and Emily Resort, headed by Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, support a number of brigades and are constantly in touch with them, trying to respond to all requests of the military as quickly as possible.
From the first days of the war, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy actively cooperated and constantly helped the 45th separate artillery brigade. This is a unit of missile forces and artillery of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, created in 2014 as part of the reserve corps, which was stationed in the Lviv Region.
It was the commander of the 45th OABr Oleg Faydyuk who had the honor of presenting the award of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine to Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
“I want to personally thank Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, FC “Ruh” and Emily Resort for the help they provide to the military. And the best thanks will be the number of destroyed enemies. Today, everyone is united by a common goal and is doing everything possible so that peace reigns in Ukraine. Every hryvnia, every word of support — all this is important for the Armed Forces and really helps the military,” said Oleg Faydyuk.
It is worth noting that this is not the first honor of the Lviv philanthropist. Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy has a state award of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine — “Badge of Honor”. And in February 2024, on behalf of Valery Zaluzhny, he received the award “For assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy emphasized the need to support the Ukrainian military and called on all Ukrainians to work together to bring Victory over the occupiers closer.
“The Ukrainian Armed Forces are courageously fighting for the independence of our country against Russian aggression. Their resilience and heroism give us hope for victory. However, war has a terrible cost. Many Ukrainians lost their homes, jobs, and loved ones.
The Armed Forces need constant support to repulse the enemy and save people’s lives. The more we help the Armed Forces, the faster they will be able to defeat the enemy and liberate our land. Our donations and assistance are an investment in the peaceful future of Ukraine,” Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy summarized.
