FC “Ruh” took 8th place in the TOP-10 rating of CIES Football Observatory according to the continuity index, which takes into account the stability of the team, its age structure and contract policy.
The purpose of the ranking is to identify the teams that are the most stable and best prepared to maintain a high level of performance in the following seasons.
The data was measured by the number of players in the league over the last three years, the age structure — the percentage of minutes played in the current season by players over the age of 31 (excluding goalkeepers), as well as the percentage of minutes played by players whose contracts expire no later than December 31, 2025.
FC “Ruh”, whose founder is the Lviv philanthropist and sports official Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, was ranked next to such clubs as “Arsenal”, “Aston Villa”, “Borussia (Monchengladbach), “Manchester City”, “New York City”. , “Brentford”, “Union”, “Bayer” and “Real Sociedad”.
The ranking includes 800 clubs from 59 world leagues.

Previously, CIES Football Observatory calculated the number of minutes spent on the field by players under the age of 21 in the 61st leagues in the world, including the top 31 leagues in Europe.
The rating was led by Lviv FC “Ruh” with an index of 52.4%. The second place was taken by the Slovak “Žilina” — 44.5, and the third was the Austrian “Red Bull” from Salzburg — 42.7.
“In practice, we prove that a systematic approach is the basis of success. Ruh is ranked in the TOP 10 of the CIES Football Observatory Continuity Index based on the team’s consistent performances, age structure and contract policy. Experts highly evaluate the chances of the “yellow and black” for the current and future success of the team,” added Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy, the founder of FC Ruh.
