Patron, Lviv businessman and founder of FC “Ruh” Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort donated 2 million hryvnias for the needs of the Ukrainian military. The funds were transferred to the BF “Nezlamni” for the prosthetics of Ukrainian soldiers.
“We know that while the military is defending us from the enemy, we have to work and help. To help not only those who are now at the front, but also to help those who have returned. We are glad that there are rehabilitation centers in Ukraine that not only install prostheses, but also manufacture them. That’s why we join this initiative and transfer the funds to BO “BF “Unbreakable” for the purchase of components that will ensure the manufacture of high-quality and effective prostheses for our military. We thank all the DEFENDERS and we believe — THERE WILL BE A VICTORY. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the heroes!”, — noted Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy.
Since the beginning of 2024, Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort have transferred more than 7.5 million hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces.
The Unbroken National Rehabilitation Center is a place where adults and children receive comprehensive qualified medical care. Since the beginning of the war, more than 15,000 wounded Ukrainians have been treated here, including 350 children. The center not only installs prostheses, but also manufactures them. The Center deals with physical, psychological and psychosocial rehabilitation. People receive all medical care free of charge.
“Movement founder Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort transferred 2 million hryvnias to the Unbroken center. These funds will be used to help our defenders who have lost their limbs. With this money, we will be able to buy parts for prostheses and install artificial limbs to those who lost them while protecting us. The problem with prosthetics in Ukraine is very acute, because we have thousands of Ukrainians who lost their limbs in the war. The war continues, and therefore we have new wounded and soldiers in need of prosthetics. Because everything that is not protected by a bulletproof vest is injured, especially hands and feet are injured, our defenders lose them. Therefore, many people who need very complex reconstructive operations and prosthetics come to our center “Nezlamni” of the first medical association of Lviv. Thanks to the help of Hryhoriy Kozlovskyy and Emily Resort, we will be able to install limbs for our defenders and give them the opportunity to walk again, move and recover as much as possible. “Nezlamni” BF buys components for prostheses. Then, in the workshop of the Unbroken Center, a prosthesis is made from them for each person. The cox receiver, which is worn on a part of the amputated limb, is made individually for each person, according to the parameters of the body, and then the purchased parts of the prosthesis are adjusted to it,” said the director of communications and partnerships of the First Medical Association of Lviv and the head of the Unbroken project Iryna Zaslavets.
